If you enter a song contest sponsored by GSC, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- By entering, you attest that the song(s) entered are your original work.
- Contestant may submit as many songs in as many categories as (s)he wishes, but each entry requires a separate entry form and entrance fee.
- Songs with co-writers may be entered, but none of the writers can be currently signed to an exclusive staff publishing deal or employees of GSC, PBSF or their subsidiaries.
- Prizes will be awarded to entrant only, to be disbursed or divided as (s)he sees fit. Please designate one name only on the application.
- Winners will be chosen by a panel of publishers, professional songwriters, producers, and industry professionals. A detailed score sheet and short, written evaluation will be provided for each entry (a $20 value).
- Entry constitutes permission to use winner’s names and likenesses for future advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation.
