About Josh Fipps Creative Assistant, peermusic, Sync/Film/TV Josh Fipps is the Creative Administrative Assistant at peermusic, where he assists the Advertising Sync team by organizing the music database with DISCO and contributing to the pitching process for advertisements. He is known for his strong teamwork skills and holds a degree in Marketing/Advertising from the University of Arkansas. Outside of work, he enjoys music, playing the guitar, reading, and running at
