Our GSC Christian POP Event and our GSC Career Mentoring Sessions are WORKING creating OPPORTUNITY for GSC members. Here is ONE EXAMPLE of how!
GSC Career Mentoring Session: I remember when I first met Erskin Anavitarte from Nashville in a mentoring session back in the early part of this year. The #2 Goal I put on his plan was “”volunteer at The Dove Awards!”” I visualized. Erskin performing at the Dove Awards and wanted to get him as close as I could even if it meant volunteering! See the Fast Forward below for the rest of the story!
GSC Christian Pop Event w/ Joel Timen of Word Music Publishing: I was putting the songs in order for our September Christian POP Event when I came across the voice of James Kocian from Wisconsin. I called James immediately and asked if that was his voice on the cd. Song “Go” by Lynn Wilbanks placed in 2013 Source Awards Video
As most of you are aware, I produced my first Award Show this year as co-chair of the 2013 Source Awards. Producing this Award Show was a daunting task. Special thanks to my husband, my family and YOU for your support during this time of personal growth and learning.
When the videographer needed music, I turned to GSC members! GSC Member Lynn Wilbank’s song “Go” co-written and sung by Beau Fuller was chosen as THE SONG by the videographer for the video featuring the overview of the awards show. This video will be viewed by 100’s of music industry executives from Music Row to New York and LA, as well as sponsors, honorees, family members and friends as a celebration of this special event.
Lynn and Beau’s name is listed in big bold print in the video credits. I trust this opportunity will bring attention and interest to both of these talented writers. YOU can watch the overview of the show by clicking on the link below.
THANK YOU Lynn Wilbanks and Beau Fuller for allowing me to promote you and your music.
