David Micheal, Singer/Songwriter
A country songwriter at heart, David is a native of California and has been in love with country music since the age of 5. During long car rides, his mother would listen to the likes of Clint Black, Garth Brooks, Alan Jackson, George Jones, and many others… On the flip side, his father’s tastes consisted of Don Henley, Fleetwood Mac, Mike and the Mechanics, and Jethro Tull, to name a few. These two styles are the foundation of his love for music. As an adult, his songwriting has country themes with a creative pop/rock influence. Today, his inspiration is found in anything and everything; conversations, news, articles, and the bar. As a bartender, he always has an ear for that great story/song. Human emotion is the same along all party lines, genders, races, and classes; and love, loss, loneliness, joy, fear, and intrigue know no bounds…these things are what draws him to write.
